- Roofing: Inspect your roof for loose, damaged, or missing shingles. Clear any debris such as branches, and check for signs of water damage in the attic or ceiling.
- Windows: Check the seal around the windows for any gaps or cracks. Ensure windows open and close properly and consider applying weatherstripping if needed.
- Gutters & Downspouts: Clear gutters and downspouts of leaves, twigs, and debris to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.
- Siding: Do an exterior check to examine siding for cracks, holes, and loose panels to protect against leaks and structural damage.
